Administrational Assistant at Highbury College
Responsibilities include dealing with
telephone and email enquiries in a polite, friendly and efficient manner; keeping
the JCP spreadsheet updated for the following projects: Six Month Plus
Unemployed and Response to Redundancy; recording all JCP student details; co-coordinating
and collating all the required paperwork for JCP projects; collating
statistical information for regular reports; ensuring accurate data input of
all JCP students’ training programme and activities whilst at the College and liaising
with other College departments to ensure accurate referral of students onto
courses.

Receptionist at
John Pounds Community Trust
Responsibilities
include ensuring the effective control and operation of the reception desk
and user card system at the Centre; operating the Centre’s computerised booking
system, and when necessary, the cash register; the storage and dispensing of
equipment, and the sale of merchandise; supporting the FOH Manager with
administrational tasks as required and any other duties as directed by the FOH
Manager and Centre Director, which are commensurate with the salary and level
of the post. The candidate must ensure the highest levels of customer care are
maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
include meeting and greeting clients, answering the telephone, photocopying and
filing, updating the computer and general admin duties.

Responsibilities
include assisting in bringing sponsorship revenue to the station; researching
and meeting with potential sponsors; assisting with research and contact
businesses with a view to possible contra- deals; maintaining good
relationships with new and current sponsors; assisting with setting up
contracts, monitor renewals and get approval for text and audio. In addition
you will be expected to assist the team in other areas such as PR and marketing
of the station both in and out of the office (e.g. outside broadcasts)
The candidate

literate. It is desirable, but not essential, that the candidate drives or owns
